Terms of Use and Subscription

These terms cover Dosyon's beta and paid self-service use. The service operator: Opsida. A paid subscription starts only after the Paddle checkout shows the plan, period, taxes, and charge date and the user approves the transaction.

1. Plans, trials, and charges

Prices exclude VAT and there is no setup fee. Monthly plans are charged each month; annual plans are charged upfront for the 12-month total. Every new workspace runs free for 14 days without a payment method; the trial is granted by Dosyon and never converts to a paid plan on its own. When it ends the workspace moves to the free plan and keeps its data and export access. A paid plan starts only when it is chosen at checkout, and the selected period is charged then. Card details do not pass through Dosyon servers; Paddle provides payment services.

2. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the end of each selected term. You can request cancellation through the account or support before renewal; unless clearly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law remain unaffected; refund or withdrawal requests are reviewed through support according to their circumstances.

3. Beta status and acceptable use

Because the product is in beta, features may change and uninterrupted service is not promised unless a written SLA says otherwise. Use only files you are authorized to share. Do not upload unlawful content or special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, religion, union membership and the like) until written scope and security conditions are agreed. Data durability: during beta there is no automatic backup commitment and no recovery point objective. In an incident, working data may be lost in full. Keeping your own copy of the source file is therefore required — not advice, but a condition of the service as it stands today. A backup and recovery-point commitment arises only when agreed separately and in writing.

4. File and output review

You are responsible for verifying transformation suggestions before publishing. Beta output must not be the sole source of truth for accounting, legal, or operational decisions; keep a secure copy of the source file.

5. Access and support

Support scope and response time are not an SLA unless stated in a separate written enterprise agreement. Use that threatens security or service integrity may be temporarily restricted; users will be informed when possible.

6. Leaving and data requests

You may end your subscription and ask support to delete or export your account or workspace data. Requests are handled manually until self-service deletion is available; invoice and transaction records subject to legal retention are unaffected.
